An inspirational update fom Paul Crimber, a champion bull-rider and a friend of the New Song Community (Canção Nova in Portuguese). Paulo provided this interview post the Orlando injury to me (see Paulo Crimber vs. Roughneck on this same page).

I met Paulo in 1999 when he was just beginning his career in the United States. He was staying with Phillip Elkins along with Marcelo Macedo, a bull rope craftsman who is also from Brazil.

Both of them slept in the living room of Phillip´s house for a time.

He is an inspiration to me along with his wife Maria Amélia and his young son, João, who accompanied him for this interview.
